I visited the Geneve store in Gran Canaria yesterday and had an amazing experience. I purchased the Longines La Grande Classique and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The entire shopping experience was smooth, elegant, and truly special, thanks to the wonderful service from Santi and Yulia.

They were both very professional, attentive, and kind, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Their warm approach and expertise made my purchase feel even more meaningful.

I had the pleasure of calling into this shop while on holiday. Shanti and Yulia were very attentive. Shanti helped me find the perfect ring which wasn’t the one I had originally gone in to view. It was much nicer and I walked out of the store very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone visiting Gran Canaria Puerto Rico.

Meine gewünschte Uhr war nicht vorrätig, aber Verkäufer David hat Sie mir am gleichen Tag noch bestellt, wodurch ich sie schon am nächsten Tag abholen konnte. Allgemein war der Service und die Beratung top. Würde den Laden jedem weiterempfehlen.

Visited this store in Mogan and what a lovely experience, no pressure selling which you see all over. Very professional shop manager Noelia dealt with me very efficiently the watch i wanted wasn't in stock but she had it available next day. I then contacted her to ask if I could pick up the watch in the Peurto Rico shop, no problem was sent the same day. The assistance in the 2nd shop equally as professional. Well done Geneve and thank you for a brilliant experience. And the PRC 100 solar is excellent.

I want to see diamond ring in the store and this wonderful seller Nisamar, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and patient, answering all of my questions in detail. The rings are absolutely stunning –

Ich habe das Ladengeschäft im Varadero 2/ Maspalomas besucht und mich für eine Longines Damenuhr entschieden, welche bei Longines bestellt werden musste. Inzwischen war ich wieder zu Hause und der Verkäufer David H. hat mich bezüglich der Lieferung meiner Uhr durchgehend informiert und nach verfolgt. Mein besonderer Dank geht an David H. für seine Zeit und Mühe, sowie seine Kompetenz. Bei dem Versandprozess (DHL) gab es keinerlei Probleme. Die Uhr kam heute sehr gut verpackt an. Der Verkäufer hat sie noch etwas verengt, sie passt und sieht super aus.
Ich kann den Kauf bei Geneve 1989 uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Una joyería donde todo destila clase, buen gusto y un estilo exquisitos...En mi caso acudí con mi mujer porque me regaló un reloj. Desde el principio el trato de todo el personal fue muy educado y cercano. Nos aconsejaron y nos guiaron desde el inicio hasta rematar la compra.

Nos ofrecieron un refrigerio durante la visita que, la verdad, marca diferencias.

Las explicaciones del funcionamiento del propio reloj, la garantía y la documentación oficial del mismo, fueron muy claras y transparentes.

Lo aconsejo 100% en todos los sentidos.

One of the most friendly and helpful Jewelleries that have been in. All the staff were so pleasant with no pressure to make a purchase. Throughout our visits to the store in Meloneras we were offered coffee, champagne & chocolates. Dealt mainly with Ashok & Sonu who were very knowledgeable with very relaxed manner. They completed all the registration of our watches in store which was a great help. Would definitely use this watch boutique for any further purchases.

I bought a beautiful IWC watch at this shop in early April 2025. Although I am living in the Netherlands I decided to buy the watch here as they made me a very good offer for a brand new IWC. I had some initial concerns but eventually, after doing some thorough checks and phone calls that all gave me “green lights”, I decided to push it through.

The buying process with the Geneve team went very smooth and transparant. The people are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Annalie Gonzalez.

They changed the wristband to another original wristband color at no extra charge. All at my request and performed in a very decent way. Their service is impeccable. I would recommend them to anybody.
