I bought an IWC Portofino with David and would absolutely recommend buying here. The experience and guidance from beginning to end was fantastic! After stepping in the store the first day, I got an easy and very tailored guidance. Nothing was too much to ask.
David reserved the watch for me, so I could think about it. The next day I asked to have it with a different color strap and he gave me several options. After this I was very happy to finalize the deal, which was also a very good buy!

Wir waren in der Filiale in Puerto Rico um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk zz erwerben. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient und beraten. Die Beratung war zudem fachlich, sehr aussagekräftig und mit aller Geduld. Uns wurden Kaffee, Wasser und sogar Sekt angeboten. Wir wurden von Santi, Kimberly und Umesh bedient. Mooie winkel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. We zijn voortreffelijk geholpen door AJAY en zijn team bij de aankoop van een schitterend horloge.
Een en ander onder het genot van een heerlijk glaasje bubbels...
Ook alle informatie voorzieningen na de aankoop waren zeer correct!

I recently purchased a Longines DolceVita watch at GENEVE 1989 in Las Palmas, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was assisted by Mr. Sanjay, who was exceptionally professional and kind. Two lovely ladies also helped me during the process, and I wouldn’t want to forget to mention them — they made the atmosphere very welcoming.

Mr. Sanjay managed to bring the exact reference I wanted from another boutique on the island, which I truly appreciated. He also offered me a very fair price and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. I’m extremely satisfied both with the watch and the excellent service.
