Geneve 1989 is an authorised dealer of all brands presented on the website.

Your product will be delivered with the original box, international warranty, and together with authenticity documents or any other documentation provided by the brand.

Our relationship with the brands we represent means that we can manage any after sales requirements you might have, including full service and repairs in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong. You can also use the closest official service center to you in case of a warranty claim.

All products come with a minimum two-year international warranty from the manufacturer and some products benefit from extended warranties.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date, for any reason and without a justification.

To return and exchange an item, just send a request by email to concierge@genevecompany.com. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.

It is essential that the products returned arrive in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all the labels intact, and without obvious signs of use.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they present a factory default.

In case the customer received a gift in their order, they have to return it as well.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at clientcare@genevecompany.com.

You can choose two ways to return your order to our offices:

1. By our fully insured courier service. This service has a cost of €60 which includes the service of collecting the package safely at your address. This amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the invoice.

If you have paid any shipping costs, we will reimburse you the equivalent of these costs.

2. By a courier service other than the one offered by us and chosen by you.  

You are responsible for sending the package with taxes and postage paid. Otherwise, the package will be returned automatically, and the request will be rejected.

Please note that if you do not use our courier service for your return, GENEVE 1989 is not responsible for possible theft or loss during transport.

Note: When we proceed with your exchange or return we may contact you by phone or email. Please ensure that the details you provide are correct and up to date.
