Geneve 1989 is an authorised dealer of all brands presented on the website.

Your ordered product will be delivered with the original box and together with authenticity documents if provided by the brand.

Our relationship with the brands means that we can manage any after sales requirements you might have including full service and repairs in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong.

All products come with a minimum two-year international warranty from the manufacturer - some products benefit from extended warranties.

Returns and exchanges

Geneve 1989 accepts returns and exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date.

To return and exchange an item, the customer has to enter their request via email clientcare@genevecompany.com. The customer will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.

It is essential that the products returned by the customer arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition; in its original packaging, with all the labels intact & in place, and without obvious signs of use, otherwise the request will be rejected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they present a factory default.

In case the customer received a gift in their order, they have to return it as well.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at clientcare@genevecompany.com.

You can choose two ways to return your order to our offices:

By our courier service. This service has a cost of €60 which includes the service of collecting the package safely at your address. This amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the invoice.

By a courier service other than the one offered by us and chosen by you.  

Please note that if you do not use our courier service for your return, GENEVE 1989 is not responsible for possible theft or loss during transport.

If you have paid any shipping costs, we will reimburse you the equivalent of these costs.

Note: When we proceed with your exchange or return we may contact you by phone or email. Please ensure that the details you provide are correct and up to date.

Please note that if you do not use our courier service for your return, GENEVE COMPANY is not responsible for possible theft or loss during transport.

If you have paid the shipping costs, we will reimburse you the equivalent of these costs (orders under 500€ where the shipping costs are 20€).
