SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Every piece goes out the way it would leave one of our boutiques. Checked in detail, adjusted for free upon your request, packed carefully, and handed to a courier we have worked with for years.
The price you see is the price you pay
All orders ship DDP, which means Delivered Duties Paid. Every customs duty and every tax is calculated and settled by us before your parcel leaves Spain. When the courier arrives there is nothing to pay, and no bill that follows a week later.
This is not the way most of our industry ships, and it is deliberate. A watch that arrives with a customs invoice attached stops being a gift and becomes an errand. Not a euro more than the total on your screen.
Insured DHL Express
Whatever its value, your order travels with DHL Express, fully insured, from our hands to yours. Not standard post, not a cheaper service on smaller orders.
Shipping is free on every order above 1,000 euros. Below that amount a modest shipping fee applies, shown in full at checkout before you pay anything.
When it will arrive
We prepare and dispatch Monday to Friday. Most orders reach their destination within 3 to 6 working days. Public holidays sit outside that count.
The moment your order leaves us you receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow it to your door.
How it travels
Your piece and its original manufacturer's box, with its international warranty documentation and everything else the brand provides, is protected for transit inside plain outer packaging. Nothing on the outside announces what is inside.
Insurance covers the entire journey, until the parcel is delivered into your hands. From that moment it is yours to look after.
Customs, and the one thing we ask
Because we settle duties on your behalf, customs occasionally needs an identification number attached to the shipment. Providing it to us allows the formalities to be completed quietly in the background, without your parcel waiting in a depot for paperwork or an email from DHL requesting it ending up in your spam folder.
Should DHL or a customs office ever contact you directly to confirm any information, please reply promptly. It is rare, and it is the only moment where the process needs you.
