Refund policy

Right of return

You may return any piece within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Until you are certain, please leave the official tags in place, as a piece returned without them cannot be accepted.

Authenticity and warranty

All pieces sold by GENEVE 1989 are new and authentic, and are supplied with the official warranty of the house that made them. The warranty runs for a minimum of three years, longer with certain houses, and takes effect on the date of purchase.

Requesting a return

Every return begins with a request to concierge@genevecompany.com or through the chat on our website. We reply with the full instructions. Pieces sent to us without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Return costs

Where a piece arrives damaged, defective, or other than the one ordered, GENEVE 1989 bears the full cost of its return and provides a prepaid label.

Where a piece is returned for any other reason, collection by our DHL courier is available at 60 euros, deducted from the refund. You may instead appoint a carrier of your own, in which case GENEVE 1989 cannot be held responsible for loss or theft in transit.

Refunds

We confirm receipt of your return once it has been inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5 working days, together with any shipping paid on the original order.

Condition of returned pieces

Pieces must be returned unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact and in place. Any gift accompanying the order must be returned with it. Engraved and personalised pieces may not be returned unless they present a manufacturing fault.
