Wir waren in der Filiale in Puerto Rico um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk zz erwerben. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient und beraten. Die Beratung war zudem fachlich, sehr aussagekräftig und mit aller Geduld. Uns wurden Kaffee, Wasser und sogar Sekt angeboten. Wir wurden von Santi, Kimberly und Umesh bedient. Wir können diese Filiale nur weiter empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal etwas Wertvolles einkaufen wollen dann nur in dieser Filiale. Ines und Thomas aus Deutschland

Mooie winkel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. We zijn voortreffelijk geholpen door AJAY en zijn team bij de aankoop van een schitterend horloge.
Een en ander onder het genot van een heerlijk glaasje bubbels...

We were looking for an emerald and diamond ring to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary.Ajay was very helpful .We did not feel under pressure in any way to make an impulsive purchase. I recently purchased a Longines DolceVita watch at GENEVE 1989 in Las Palmas, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was assisted by Mr. Sanjay, who was exceptionally professional and kind. Two lovely ladies also helped me during the process, and I wouldn’t want to forget to mention them — they made the atmosphere very welcoming.

Mr. Sanjay managed to bring the exact reference I wanted from another boutique on the island, which I truly appreciated. He also offered me a very fair price and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. I’m extremely satisfied both with the watch and the excellent service.

Visited Puerto Rico for the day I had intention of buying my daughter a watch for her wedding day, as i walked past Geneve Jewelry store I saw the watch i have been looking for.
I inquired about prices with Santi and Veronica, there was no pressure to buy goods and they made me feel very welcome.

They showed me the watch and gave me the full details, they also served me and my wife champagne they made this experience really enjoyable.

I purchased the watch they also helped me with setting up the guarantee and making sure I had all the required paperwork.

I was also very impressed as the price, as it was more reasonable than what I have been previously quoted.

Not for the first time I went to Geneve in Meloneras just a few steps from the Faro a Maspalomas.In the past I bought different watches in this very customer-oriented high end jeweller’s. This time we have chosen some beautiful watches from Omega and IWC. Manoj and Vishal, assisted by Asia where very helpfull , patient and did a great job by giving us a lot of information.
