I recently purchased a Longines DolceVita watch at GENEVE 1989 in Las Palmas, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was assisted by Mr. Sanjay, who was exceptionally professional and kind. Two lovely ladies also helped me during the process, and I wouldn’t want to forget to mention them — they made the atmosphere very welcoming.

Mr. Sanjay managed to bring the exact reference I wanted from another boutique on the island, which I truly appreciated. He also offered me a very fair price and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. I’m extremely satisfied both with the watch and the excellent service.

It was a pleasure doing business here. Mohit was an excellent salesperson, he was honest, very infomative, and generous with his time (excuse the pun). I had just gone in for a look and ended up purchasing a beautiful watch. My wife and 2 kids were with me also and we were all made feel very welcome and given refreshments. Visited Puerto Rico for the day I had intention of buying my daughter a watch for her wedding day, as i walked past Geneve Jewelry store I saw the watch i have been looking for.
I inquired about prices with Santi and Veronica, there was no pressure to buy goods and they made me feel very welcome.

They showed me the watch and gave me the full details, they also served me and my wife champagne they made this experience really enjoyable.

I purchased the watch they also helped me with setting up the guarantee and making sure I had all the required paperwork.

I was also very impressed as the price, as it was more reasonable than what I have been previously quoted.

Not for the first time I went to Geneve in Meloneras just a few steps from the Faro a Maspalomas.In the past I bought different watches in this very customer-oriented high end jeweller’s. This time we have chosen some beautiful watches from Omega and IWC. Manoj and Vishal, assisted by Asia where very helpfull , patient and did a great job by giving us a lot of information. If you are travelling to Gran Canaria and are planning to buy a watch, visit Geneve and Manoj and Vishal in Meloneras. You won’t regret it, you will be treated like a prince/princess and will go home with a beautiful watch!

Zeer aardige mensen ..ben daar super goed geholpen. Ik kwam daar eerst binnen en kreeg het horloge om m’n pols. Ik kreeg zeer goede uitleg van Santi en zijn lieve collega Veronica. Ik ben toen wat gaan eten en wilde toch graag terug om het horloge te kopen. Dus jullie krijgen echt een cijfer 10 groetjes Lizzy en Rien

Ønsker du kvalitet er dette plassen! Kvalitet i klokker og ikke minst hos personalet. Santi kan yrket sitt og hjalp på en kyndig og utrolig hyggelig måte. Skal du investere i en klokke er dette plassen!

Wir wurden von ASHOK und SOFIA in der Vardero Center Boutiqe vorzüglich bedient.
Auch das andere Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und familiär.
Wir 3 fühlten uns Willkommen , wir waren mehrmals bei GENEVE in unserem Urlaub, auch aufgrund der professionellen Beratung.
Unsere Wünsche und Bestellungen wurden in kürzester Zeit erledigt, auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn ASHOK war einfach fabelhaft.
Wir freuen uns sehr auf den nächsten Besuch dort, können es kaum erwarten 😉.

Santi et Nisamar étaient très gentils et chaleureux. Le service aussi était nickel et très professionnel avec une assistance client tout au long du processus Achat. Je remercie infiniment Geneve pour la qualité de ses produits et surtout Santi et Nisamar pour leur amabilité et gentillesse.

I started visiting Santi back in 2021 when he was based over in Meloneras. Each year when we return, I make a point of visiting him because his friendship and service is the best we’ve had from any of the jewellery places in the Canaries.

Santi makes a point of understanding what we are after, but is also a very good salesman, able to deliver his sales pitch subtly and without force or suggestion, leading his customers into a natural sale.

Santi moved over to Mogan Mall some time ago, and we have always followed him to whichever location he is at as I simply wouldn’t buy from anyone else.

Para los amantes de los relojes, un auténtico paraíso. El personal es muy amable y profesional; parece que entras en una película donde tú eres el protagonista. Seguramente hay otra tienda en la zona, pero aquí te sientes en casa de verdad.
